Students in both the Bachelor of Arts Completion program and the Accelerated Bachelor of Professional Studies program may pursue the Organizational Leadership major.

Organizations of every kind — businesses, nonprofits, government agencies — depend on people who can lead with clarity, purpose, and skill. The Organizational Leadership major prepares working professionals to become that kind of leader. Building on an interdisciplinary foundation, graduates develop personal leadership philosophy, cross-cultural competence, and the technical skills and organizational insight needed to lead effectively across industries and sectors.

Built for adults who bring real professional experience into the classroom, this program connects theory directly to practice through applied coursework in team leadership, organizational learning, financial management, project management, and civic engagement. Students also engage critically with emerging tools like AI, developing the ethical frameworks needed to lead responsibly in a rapidly changing world. Graduates leave with a versatile, human-centered leadership toolkit ready to make an impact from day one.

Undergraduate Certificate in Leading Teams
The Leading Teams certificate allows students to demonstrate greater expertise in leading professional teams. The certificate allows for the further development of leadership skills and competencies for application in students' professional lives including awareness of the self as a leader, key leadership perspectives, cultural diversity considerations, and impactfully managing groups and teams. The certificate applies a keen awareness of diversity, equity, and inclusion concepts throughout the coursework. Transfer courses are not accepted for certificate courses.
