Digital Leadership

The Daniels College of Business Master’s in Digital Leadership is a 45-credit hour program for working professionals who understand that developing a digital mindset and gaining fluency in emerging technologies will prepare them to lead their businesses in the era of digital disruption.  Students will gain critical leadership skills such as how to manage change, lead digital teams, and create new business models that will be needed by businesses to stay competitive in today’s dynamic business environment.  You will also learn to leverage 4th industrial technologies like artificial intelligence, blockchain, and cloud technology to digitally transform your organization and position it for future success.  Graduates will be future-focused leaders who are technology ready to drive the digital transformation of their businesses and industries.  This is a STEM-designated degree and is a 12–36-month, full or part-time program.

Class Structure/Schedules

Most of the courses are one to two-credit “sprint” courses that run for a total of five weeks each within the quarter system.  The four, four-credit courses, run the entire ten-week quarter.  Courses contain both online (asynchronous) and live online instruction (synchronous).

Electives

A total of five electives are offered for the Master’s in Digital Leadership Program.
